How does the Lumivex Shadow Lamp work?
Each lamp uses a built-in LED and a precision-cut design plate to cast a cinematic shadow onto your wall. Plug it in, place it near a flat surface, and the light does the rest. No setup, no app, no assembly.
Is it really plug and play?
Yes. Every Lumivex lamp ships with a USB-C cable and works with any standard USB power source — laptop, power bank, wall adapter, or gaming console. You'll be live in under 30 seconds.
How big is the projected shadow?
The shadow size depends on the distance between the lamp and the wall. At 1 meter, the shadow is approximately 60–80 cm tall. The further you place it, the bigger (and softer) the projection gets.
Can I use it overnight?
Absolutely. Lumivex lamps use low-power, cool-touch LED technology. Safe for bedrooms, gaming setups, and all-night ambience.
Is the design plate removable?
Yes, the design plate is removable so you can swap between characters if you own multiple Lumivex lamps.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order. No hidden fees, no minimum spend.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays happen, but we've got you. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll either reship it or refund you in full.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no return required.
